How does booking work?

Enter your address and you'll see the real price up front — not an estimate, not a callback. Pick an arrival window that fits your week, put a card on file, and you're booked. Your pro confirms the appointment and shows up in the window. That's it: no phone tag, no "someone will get back to you." And your card isn't charged when you book — only after the work is done.

What if the job turns out bigger than the quote?

Your quote covers standard service, and most jobs are exactly that. Once in a while a job needs more — a deeply buried lid that takes digging, a larger-than-typical tank, heavy buildup. When that happens, your pro sends the addition to your phone and waits for your OK — no extra work without your approval, and nothing is ever added to your bill without it. Your card is only charged when the job's done: you get a "confirm your job's done" message, and payment goes through when you confirm (or automatically within a day if we don't hear back).

When is my card charged?

Only when the job's done — never before. When you book, we place a hold on your card for the quoted amount (like a hotel does) so your pro knows the job is real; a hold isn't a charge, and it's released if you cancel. After your pro marks the job complete, you get a "confirm your job's done" message — payment goes through when you confirm, or automatically within a day if we don't hear back. One charge, for the quoted amount plus anything you approved. You'll get a receipt by email.

What does the price include?

Accepted Answer

Standard septic pumping for the tank count you entered — the truck, the pro, the pumping, and hauling it away. Things that are commonly extra: digging out a deeply buried lid, an additional tank discovered on-site, or unusually heavy buildup. If any of that comes up, your pro goes over it with you first — nothing significant is added without your OK.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Use the manage link in your confirmation email — it takes you straight to your booking, no login needed. You can pick a new time or cancel from there. Since your card isn't charged until the work is done, cancelling before the appointment costs you nothing.

Do you service aerobic systems?

Accepted Answer

Many of our pros do. If your yard has sprinkler heads that run at odd hours or a unit that hums, you likely have an aerobic system — and either way, your quote covers standard pumping. Your pro confirms what you've got on-site, and anything beyond standard service gets reviewed with you first.
